  • Once the customers get used to make the bookings themselves, the librarians’ workload will be reduced significantly.
  • The handy statistics tool gives us accurate information on how much the computers are used – where we have too many or too few computers.
  • We have several libraries with more than ten computers. Managing them would be impossible without an application like this.

  • eBooking is a very useful booking system, enabling customers with the help of their own user codes to make reservations and to use customer computers on a self-service basis.
  • There is lively traffic on our customer workstations, so it's important for the sessions are impartially allocated.
  • We couldn't even think of going back to using a manual system!
